Looking to work somewhere that actually cares about ideas, people, and doing work you’d be proud to share with your friends? 

Look no further. 

This summer, The VIA Agency is looking for curious, creative, smart humans to join us as interns across Creative, Strategy, and Business Management. 

You won’t fetch coffee (unless it’s for yourself).

Instead, you’ll learn firsthand how real work gets made—and put out into the world—at a nationally-recognized agency, in a historic Portland, Maine building that feels like if Hogwarts and Narnia had a baby. 

What You Might Work On

You’ll collaborate with people who are very good at what they do, and who are very generous about teaching it. Here’s what you’ll be doing and what you can expect:

• Creative Interns: Writing copy, designing things, concepting ideas, and thinking outside of the box to help bring campaigns to life.
   
• Strategy Interns: Digging into consumer insights, staying on top of all things social media, analyzing cultural trends, and practicing strategic thinking that sparks our creative ideas.
   
• Business Management: Helping manage accounts, projects, timelines, and clients with an emphasis on relationship building to help all teams stay on track and inspired.
   

Who You Are

• A recent college grad, rising senior, or rising junior 
• Motivated, curious, and not afraid to speak up and take initiative
• A lover of ideas (big ones, weird ones, half-baked ones)
• Into advertising, creativity, and the whats and whys behind both
• Nice. Smart. Hungry. (In any order)
